Grants for the rehabilitation of housing interiors from the Barcelona Rental Housing Exchange. Barcelona City Council
From the Guild we provide the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation of Barcelona, the Metropolitan Housing Consortium i/0 and the Habitat Fundation3 monthly lists of rehabilitators to facilitate recommended business options to owners applying for rehabilitation grants. We encourage the companies of the Guild to sign up. These are the programs:

This program covers 100% of the cost of the works to be carried out up to a maximum of 9,000 euros. 
The initial budget is €3,000,000. Endorsement payments

Companies interested in being part of the list provided by the Guild to the IMHAB, must meet the following conditions: 1.
Be associated with the Builders Guild, being part of the RiME 2 Commission.



Have the certificate of responsibility Consists or, comply with the following requirements:
-Be a legally constituted company and have a minimum of one year of experience.
-Keep the company's documentation updated (certificates of TGSS and AT., RC and SP policy). -Document the
contractual relationship in any type of work. -Accept a technical arbitration system. -Comply with wine regulations in matters of safety and health.
