It is important to emphasize, however, that this space is only a channel of complaints for cases such as those mentioned above. It is not a space from which to send us comments or questions about the union's activity.

The processing of these complaints, as described in Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations, is done through an external platform in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the process and that the proceed correctly until it is resolved. For this reason the Guild has activated a channel on the co-resol platform, specific for

this type of services.

The complaint procedure can be done both from the platform's app and from its website:

To do this you must select the option of 'make a click' and identify that it is a complaint in relation to the Guild of Builders of Works of Barcelona and Comarques by entering the code GCOB. From there, you have to fill in the different information boxes that the platform asks for

Once you have submitted your comment, your message will disappear from your device in order to guarantee your confidentiality.

Possibility to make anonymous complaints

If you wish, you can also submit your complaint anonymously, leaving the space in which the name of the reporting person is requested blank.
Even if you file the complaint anonymously, the Guild will be able to contact you via chat if it needs any additional information to the one you have provided. However, even if you communicate via chat, the Guild will not be able to know your identity.

Channel for non-urgent situations

It should be borne in mind, however, that this channel is not an emergency service. This means that you should not use this route in order to report situations that, for whatever reason, require immediate intervention. In this case, contact the competent authorities and make use of the channels defined for this reason
